Fantastic small cafe and restaurant off the beaten path. Great croque monsieur sandwich and hot chocolate.

Delicious expertly prepared dishes at a very reasonable price in a low-key, authentic environment.

The place is quite romantic. It's a nice atmosphere and the employees are friendly. They even have Boyce court in an outdoor space. I gave it 4 stars because it really is hidden. But overall definitely would come again.

Cozy little wine bar that has a great neighborhood vibe. Good selection of wines and great appetizer and charcuterie plates. It's a small place with some outdoor seating but perfect for when you want to get out of the house and enjoy the city.

I should eat here more often as It is right up Valley from where we stay in San Francisco. This trip I had a ham and Swiss cheese. Last time I had some kind of salad. Both were very good. We'll keep going back for food and wine.

Friendly staff but with spotty service and sometimes unpleasant boundary crossing. They have fondue, which is a plus.

The food was incredible and the prices were very reasonable for the city. Great atmosphere and great service, the owner was very welcoming and good company!

My favorite brunch spot. Also fantastic for midday or evening charcuterie and cheese plates. Everything is delicious.

3.5 stars Lovely little neighborhood brunch spot. I came here on a saturday with a friend and we were seated quickly. The staff here are all very friendly. They have quite an assortment of brunch items ranging from salads, to omelettes, to quiche. Ingredients are fresh, and prices are within the standard SF prices. Portions are on the smaller side, but with good food, quality over quantify. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this for a big group, but for smaller groups, this would be a great place to catch up and have a quiet meal.

Good Brazilian food

Nice cozy place. We went there for brunch, it offers a mediterranean style menu. Plates are well presented and tasty. Michele was very friendly with us. He also speaks a lot of different languages! The espresso is very good, not easy to find a comparable one around.

The food is good and the owner is sweet as pie. He has waited on me several times and always seems genuinely excited that we're there and to tell us about what they're offering as a special each day.

Great fondue, very nice owner and great wine. I am glad I live down the street!

Excellent location in a residential area. They don't have elaborate meals but everything is very tasty. Once we order the seasonal fondue and it was excellent. On other occasion they had Brazilian feijoada. They also have a good wine selection.

My wife and I have been coming here since it opened a few years ago. We're dedicated regulars and we're treated as such by the wonderful staff. It's a quiet oasis perfect for those nights when an escape from the rowdiness of most San Francisco restaurants is needed.Sure, the menu is limited due to the small kitchen, but what Noeteca does it does well. The wine list is refreshed often so there's no chance of getting bored with the selection. And being a wine bar you'd expect the staff to know a thing or two about what they're selling. The good news is that they do.Final tip: The snowball is a fine dessert.

Wonderful tucked away wine bar on 6th & San Francisco - great selection of wine and light snacks accompanied by cool old jazz. It is a tight squeeze, but that makes for an intimate atmosphere with your neighbors and the owner.

Prizes are reasonable. Wine selection was decent. The places looks just like any other neighbourhood place.

I had the chicken salad with pecan nuts. I got something I was not expecting! Instead of a green salad with some chicken on top, I got a pile of "Mayonnaised chicken" and the greens on the side. Did I like it, yes. Would I had ordered it if I knew it was that, no. Same thing happened with dessert. I liked it but was not what I expected. Good food, good service. I will come back for sure!

Great neighborhood bistro. Service was pleasant and he guided me towards a delicious white wine to pair with my salad/sandwich lunch. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time here and would return again.Food was delicious, light and well prepared. It's obvious that this place cares about what they are putting out and not trying to be anything they aren't. Very happy that we stumbled across them :)

Food is good but dessert is fantastic! Staff is sweet and place is kid-friendly. Nice place to grab a bite or just a coffee.

The ambience is wonderful, and the host is nice, but everything was kinda wiped out after seeing the bill. I didn't know I was getting a $20 wine (~4-5 oz) until the bill came. Didn't know what to order so asked for sweet wine suggestion & the one I tried was good. Didn't think to ask the price because everything on the menu was pretty much under $10. Big mistake. Both my companions seem to like it cause their share was more reasonable.

Noeteca is for sure a hidden gem. I'm amazed that they don't have a full kitchen and they can still make EXCELLENT food. We ordered the Kris' pecan chicken salad which was very good. A salad with dressing, tomato, and cucumber on one side and then a scoop of chicken salad aside of it. We also had the Margherita pizza, that had crispy ends, just the way I like it. The staff is friendly and the food is nicely priced.

Cozy little restaurant. The owner was very friendly, always singing and making happy conversations with everyone. Delicious handcrafted food. Great wine selections. Reasonable price. Great place to hang out for a nice quiet meal and great conversations over wine. (The house signature Tarte Flambée was bomb!)

My fiancé and I went there for some dessert and a coffee and we were not disappointed. The cheesecake there was ridiculous and the coffee gave me the caffeine I needed to finish my day.

Tiny, casual wine bar with limited but tasty menu. Chicken salad and the croque Napoleon were very satisfying. Service is excellent.

Cool winebar. Their cheese plate was very elaborate and the owner seemed really cool. I'd come back here if I lives closer but I don't think it'd be worth a special trip.

Got to love their wine specials, but the real winner is the cheese plate. Sandwiches are nothing special but the quiche is excellent. French press coffee is also definitely worth a try--some good local roasts.

Great cozy little wine shop with a no fuss kind of service, now that's rare! Amazing owner (?) who's just happy and proud to recommend us his food. And do trust his recommendations; I never really like Zinfandel but he recommended it and it was really tasty. I've also never had flambee before, it's mind-blowing how to thin they can be and still hold up their shape when lifted! And of course, delicious.

Came in for an afternoon drink and bite and was very satisfied. Had a delicious croque Josephine with greens salad and a nice prosecco.
